Turnkey Projects

Fixed Price Model

iVedha offers fixed-price solutions for systems design & development projects, where we assume the risk and responsibility to deliver on time and within budget.
This works best for customers who know exactly what they want and are looking for a competitive fixed price and agreed timescale for the complete development.

Consultancy Model

In this model, iVedha provides customers with highly-skilled and experienced people who can add significant value quickly, on a Time & Material basis.
Our consultancy services are typically used to either kick-start a specific initiative or address a particular problem.

Mixed Model

In this model, iVedha provides services of specialized resources on a time & material basis – followed by a fixed price proposal for the entire project.

This model is typically used in situations when the client is not clear of their requirements or may have specialized processes, systems and IP that requires close interaction in the initial phases. Once our engineers understand your systems and have drawn up the correct scope, we convert the project to a fixed price model.

This model may use any combination of “On-shore”, “Near Shore” and “Offshore” settings

Dedicated Resource Center

In this engagement model, iVedha provides the process infrastructure, while allowing the client to leverage the knowledge and administration of their core processes.

Quite typically, you can place a manager or subject matter expert from your organization to oversee the execution of your processes and standards and make real-time assessments of the project outcome.

The process management model is ideal in cases of quality control, validation and verification activities that run over extended periods of time and are based on standardized input and outputs.

Dedicated Team & Designated Infrastructure

Ivedha will allocate workspace within its facility to a dedicated team who will work on your projects exclusively. iVedha will endeavor to retain the same team on an ongoing basis. Any new member inducted will go through technical and application orientation.

The client will have the flexibility to draw resources from this team for any onsite requirements.

iVedha will also set up all the hardware and software resources required for the project in a designated area. This will include any tools or software required. Your environment will be completely replicated at our facility.

Flexible collaborative model

iVedha’s “flexible collaborative model” facilitates a close partnership with its clients as an extended engineering arm to their core team. The model brings key attributeslike a ramp-up and ramp-down of team size based on requirements, and is flexible to support all or any desired part/phase of the product life cycle.

This resource delivery model is based on the strategy of setting up a large, provisional pool of human resources and other resources that you as a client can tap into to meet resource demand spikes. These flexible resource pools are available on an as-needed basis to service your project requirement needs.

iVedha will manage the staffing and allocation of resources, however the day to day management and deliverables will be managed by the client. This model is an engagement model that is ideal for a client who is essentially a service provider and needs resources on demand to assist with the completion of a specific project or projects
