Available on either a project or hourly basis, you benefit from the experience of a trained recruiter working on your behalf for as little or as much of the process as you require.

We assume accountability for the management and delivery of recruitment and staffing solutions by measuring against specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and managing performance by identifying “key performance indicators”.

• Exit Interviews – we will collect information on why employees are leaving to improve internal management processes and monitor desired attrition vs. undesirable attrition.
